CPI Copilot — Monitor
Ask your monitoring

Most SAP integration work isn't building iFlows.
It's understanding them. Monitoring them.
Finding failures before the business does.

CPI Copilot means less time searching dashboards, and more time solving the actual problem.

New in beta: Steps + Trace

Know the order. Find the failure.

Steps turns a complex iFlow into its true execution order and jumps to any palette with one click. Trace follows the selected SAP message and finds the first place its data went wrong.

  • Follow main flows, branches and local processes in execution order.
  • Click to locate a step, even when names repeat. No canvas dragging.
  • Select the exact scheduler, sender or direct message run for Trace.
  • Inspect body shape, headers and exchange properties at each step.
  • See the first root cause instead of repeated downstream null warnings.
  • Payload analysis stays in the browser: no AI, upload or storage.

Amount first became null at MessageFlow_Sender.

No earlier body value, non-empty header or exchange property was found. Seven later steps inherited the same null.

The failures nobody tells you about

A red row in the log is the easy case. These are the ones that reach the business first.

Silent failures

A scheduled iFlow never ran. Nothing technically failed, so nothing alerted anyone — and your FAILED count still says zero. You find out when the business calls.

Hidden performance drift

Your integrations still succeed. But today's runtime is 3x yesterday's, messages are piling up in retry, and nothing in the dashboard is red yet.

Manual troubleshooting

Open the MPL. Open the log. Open the package. Open the artifact. Cross-reference. Repeat — every single time something breaks.

What CPI Copilot does

Built around the work you actually do — understanding and operating your integrations.

Steps navigator beta

Read a large iFlow in true execution order and jump directly to the step you need.

  • Main flow, branches and local processes
  • Duplicate step names handled safely
  • One-click SAP canvas location
  • No manual zooming, panning or dragging

Trace debugger beta

Follow one message across every captured step and see where its data changed.

  • Choose the exact message run
  • Compare body, headers and properties
  • Locate the first missing or null field
  • Runs locally in your SAP browser tab

iFlow Compare beta

See what changed between two iFlow states without reading raw BPMN by hand.

  • Added, removed, renamed and re-pointed palettes
  • Headers, exchange properties and routing conditions, field by field
  • Message bodies, Groovy and XSLT, line by line side by side
  • Runs in your SAP tab — no connection required

Ask your tenant

Plain-English answers from live data.

  • Which flows failed today?
  • Which package contains this iFlow?
  • What's the endpoint URL?
  • Which step is slow?

On-time email alerts

Watch only the integrations you care about — and hear about it the moment they break, by email.

  • Failure alerts with AI root cause
  • Missed scheduled runs
  • Stuck and retrying messages
  • Runtime degradation

JMS queue intelligence

See what's stuck in your queues — and know exactly what to do about it.

  • Queue depth, frozen queues, retry backlog
  • Diagnoses a stuck message: transient vs poison
  • Recommends retry or move — and retries in a click
  • Flags exclusive queues blocked behind one message

Explain any iFlow

Upload a ZIP — no tenant required.

  • Business purpose and flow logic
  • Groovy scripts explained
  • Dependencies and endpoints
  • Documentation you can hand over

AI reports

Ask for any report and have it emailed.

  • Daily, weekly or monthly
  • Whole tenant or one flow
  • Scheduled digests
  • Teams and Slack coming soon

Performance analysis

Know what got slower, and which step did it.

  • Runtime trends per flow
  • Step-level breakdown
  • Degradation alerts

AI generation still refining

Generates roughly 60% of an iFlow — the structure, so you spend your time on the logic.

  • Structure, adapters and routing
  • Groovy scaffolding
  • Deploys only when you ask it to

We're still refining accuracy. It's strongest on standard patterns — complex custom mappings still belong to you.

Connect in two minutes

Three steps, one read-only credential, nothing installed in your tenant.

1

Create a credential

A monitoring-only OAuth client in your tenant. Least access possible.

2

Connect your tenant

Paste it into Settings. We verify the connection immediately.

3

Pick your iFlows

Choose the integrations that matter. Monitoring starts right away.

Built to be trusted with production

The boundaries are in the code, not in a promise.

Monitoring is read-only

It reads message logs and metadata. There is no code path that lets monitoring change anything in your tenant.

  • cannot deploy
  • cannot undeploy
  • cannot delete
  • cannot modify

Writes only when you ask

Generation is the only feature that writes, it runs only when you explicitly click it, and only into the package you choose. Nothing happens in the background.

Credentials encrypted

Every tenant credential is encrypted with a key unique to your account, and never shown back to you or anyone else.

Payloads never stored

Cloud monitoring reads errors and operational metadata. Trace payloads are inspected inside your SAP browser tab and are not sent to our backend or an AI provider.

Bring your own AI key

Prefer your own Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key? Use it. Your key, your bill, your data path.

Light on your tenant

We count without downloading. A tenant doing 130,000 messages an hour answers as fast as one doing ten — and your volume never changes what you pay.

The same tenant, a different day

CPI Copilot sits on top of SAP Integration Suite — it doesn't replace anything.
