CPI Copilot — Terms of Service
Version: 4 October 2026. These Terms apply when you accept them.
1. Who operates CPI Copilot
CPI Copilot is operated by Tharani Matam Anishwar, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, referred to in these Terms as “we,” “us,” or “our.” CPI Copilot is the product name. These Terms cover cpicopilot.com, its associated browser extensions, and Workspace functionality (the “Service”).
Contact: support@cpicopilot.com.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them when using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms and authorize the relevant access on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta service and business use
CPI Copilot is a beta product for integration development, evaluation, troubleshooting, and available monitoring functions. Individuals and authorized organizations may use the available beta features within the limits shown in the Service.
Features may be incomplete, contain errors, or change. Availability and continued provision of the free beta are not guaranteed. Validate important results before relying on them in production. Keep appropriate SAP monitoring, backups, and operational procedures independently of CPI Copilot.
Any future paid plan or separate enterprise agreement will identify its price and applicable terms before you subscribe. These Terms do not themselves create a payment obligation for a free beta account.
3. Ownership and permission to use
Tharani Matam Anishwar retains rights in the original CPI Copilot software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, you have a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service's available features for your own or your organization's authorized activities. This does not transfer ownership of the Service.
You and your applicable licensors retain ownership of your data, SAP integrations, configurations, scripts, and uploaded materials. You authorize us to process those materials as needed to provide the features you use, maintain and secure the Service, and handle your support requests, subject to applicable law and our privacy disclosures.
We do not claim ownership of your integrations merely because they were uploaded, analyzed, or modified through CPI Copilot. You may use generated outputs in your integrations, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party restrictions. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
SAP and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. CPI Copilot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE.
4. Authorized and prohibited use
Only connect environments and provide materials you are authorized to access and share. Follow your organization's security policies and applicable laws.
Do not access other users' accounts or data without authorization, bypass security or usage limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt the Service, or copy and commercially redistribute its protected software or content without permission.
Restrictions on reverse engineering or extraction apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and relevant third-party licenses. These Terms do not claim exclusive rights over public SAP APIs or general ideas and methods. Ordinary authorized evaluation and security review are allowed; intrusive testing of shared infrastructure requires prior agreement. Report security concerns to support@cpicopilot.com.
5. SAP credentials and actions
The Service may authenticate to SAP using credentials or tokens you configure. Use dedicated technical credentials and the minimum permissions needed for your chosen features. You are responsible for obtaining your organization's approval and maintaining or revoking that authorization.
The entire product is not read-only. Some features can create, modify, or deploy integrations or retry, move, or delete queue messages. Review the action and its effects before using those features. Restrict SAP permissions where such actions are not authorized.
6. Workspaces and recipients
Workspace owners and administrators manage access and assignments within their permitted roles. Owners manage tenant credentials. Members access the resources permitted by their assignments; owners and administrators may have broader access.
The person configuring a Workspace must have authority to connect its tenant, invite colleagues, assign resources, and select report recipients. Keep membership, primary and backup assignments, and email settings accurate as responsibilities change. An assignment alone does not guarantee an email: monitoring, recipient selection, alert policy, and other applicable settings must also permit sending.
Removing access does not recall previously delivered emails or copies already downloaded. Contact support about ownership transfer or deletion of shared Workspace information; a member's account-deletion request does not by itself authorize deletion of the entire organization's Workspace.
7. Monitoring and notifications
Monitoring uses periodic checks and depends on SAP access, supported APIs, configuration, service availability, and usage limits. A policy described as immediate or urgent sends following detection during a scheduled check; it is not a guarantee of instant detection or delivery. Workspace checks normally run approximately every five minutes, subject to operating conditions.
Alerts may be delayed, suppressed to avoid repetition, limited by allowances, or missed. An empty result, failed check, or absence of an alert does not prove that an integration or queue is healthy. Use CPI Copilot alongside your operational monitoring procedures.
8. Data handling and security
Information processed depends on the feature and can include account information, credentials, integration designs, operational metadata, errors, headers, and content submitted for analysis. Do not submit unnecessary personal, confidential, or regulated information. Error text and custom headers can themselves contain sensitive data.
Browser-local features and backend-assisted features have different data flows. Do not assume all extension activity stays in the browser or that disabling AI prevents email or backend processing.
Read the Privacy Policy. You may also request security documentation from support; check its stated assessment date and limitations. These Terms do not promise zero retention, complete sanitization, a particular certification, or absolute security. Contact support before connecting information whose handling requirements are not addressed by the available documentation.
9. AI and external providers
AI-assisted features may send relevant information through the CPI Copilot backend to the configured AI provider. The operator currently uses Azure AI for default AI processing, Railway for hosting, Resend for application email, and Zoho Mail for support correspondence. Supported customer-configured providers may differ. Processing and retention details belong in the privacy and security disclosures.
AI explanations, generated code, and suggested fixes can be incorrect or incomplete. Review and test outputs before applying them. No particular diagnosis or remediation outcome is guaranteed.
Third-party availability, limits, and changes may affect the Service. Their applicable terms also govern your use of their services; this does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law for our own conduct.
10. Account security
Protect your login details and technical credentials. Do not share them in a way that grants unauthorized access. Notify support promptly if you suspect compromise. Do not send passwords, service keys, or unredacted sensitive payloads in support emails.
11. Stopping use, suspension, and deletion
You may stop using CPI Copilot at any time. Signing out does not necessarily stop enabled background monitoring. Stop monitoring through its controls and revoke SAP access in SAP when appropriate.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where practicable, we will explain significant restrictions and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Request account or data deletion at support@cpicopilot.com. We may verify your identity and authority, particularly for shared Workspaces. Deletion is subject to applicable legal requirements and the handling described in our Privacy Policy. Stopping use does not automatically erase stored information, provider records, or delivered emails.
12. Availability and changes
The beta does not include an uptime or support-response service-level agreement unless expressly agreed separately in writing. Maintenance, product changes, security incidents, and external outages can interrupt access. We will provide notice of significant service discontinuation where reasonably practicable.
13. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. These Terms do not state an aggregate monetary liability cap.
14. Feedback
You may voluntarily provide feedback, which we may use to improve the Service without compensation. This permission does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property or authorize disclosure of your confidential information.
15. Changes to these Terms
Updates will identify their effective date. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or available account contact channels and seek renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the Service and contact support about account closure.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. This choice of law does not deprive you of protections under mandatory laws that apply to you and cannot be waived by agreement.
Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to approach a consumer commission, regulator, or another court or tribunal where applicable law gives you that right.
You may contact support@cpicopilot.com to seek an informal resolution. Contacting support is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights and does not shorten or extend any statutory deadline.
